The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has an adjoining primary bath. There is also balcony access from the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom also has a flat screen television.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The guest bath includes a shower as well as a stackable washer and dryer.

Please Note, Marina Lookout has a minimum stay requirement of 1 calendar month (27-30 nights depending on monthly calendar). Partial months are only available during the current month if the month has not been rented. Call our office with questions 360-378-2070 ext 1). The $800 cleaning fee is for the checkout clean after guests depart the apartment. If you are booking more than 1 calendar month, you will be assessed another cleaning fee ($250 mid-stay cleaning fee) and administrative fee for each calendar month rented.
Guests are required to leave the premises during the scheduled mid-stay clean.
