San Juan Suites - Valley Farm -Pet Friendly Condo Studio in Heart of Friday Harbor! Valley Farm offers a comfortable living area with a love seat sofa, easy chair, entertainment center with Blue Ray-DVD and HDTV with satellite television and a private outdoor balcony with a propane BBQ. One king bed and one queen Aerobed for set up in the open studio. Enjoy historic views of classic downtown Friday Harbor from this second floor suite. The block surrounding the San Juan Suites offers many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice-cream shops and art galleries, all within walking distance. On Saturday mornings the local San Juan Island Farmer's Market is a 1 minute walk from the San Juan Suites!

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and flat-ware needed to prepare everything from morning coffee and toast to a full meal. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 4 and a great view. This studio is furnished with a King size bed fitted with luxurious linens for a relaxing stay and the second bed provided is a Queen Aero-bed mattress.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry for those wishing to leave their car behind on the mainland. However, parking is available for those who bring a car. One car per unit.

This suite has good cell phone reception.

Street view

1 dog per reservation with a pet fee. Dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. House trained. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on any furniture, including bed and bedding. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside.

Guests traveling with a dog will enjoy close access to the local dog park "Eddie and Friends Dog Park", or many other local parks including Sunken Park, Jackson Beach, and LaFarge Open Space.

This unit is equipped with Central Air.

This property has an adjoining door with Channel Room, which can be unlocked for joint groups.

This unit is not recommended for those with a young child.

There is not an elevator in the building, climbing a flight of 18 stairs is required.

  This condo unit was about 1 block from the ferry dock. Our GPS sent us the wrong direction but when we found it we were happy. Unit has lots of light. On the second floor. It was an easy location. We brought our small dog which was only a drawback for us because although the dog park was about a block away, there were some druggies there and I was scared to go alone.

  We were so impressed with our rental. The location is fantastic--we could walk anywhere we wanted within the downtown area of Friday Harbor. We took a longer walk (15 min) up to rent a car so we could explore the rest of the island, but otherwise were happy with staying downtown. And especially nice for proximity to the ferry! A nice view overlooking a Main Street in Friday Harbor.
  
  The condo had everything we needed: shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup remover wipes, paper towels, salt/pepper, silverware, dishwasher, fridge, stove, grill, extra blankets, extra pillows, temp control and more. We were so happy with our choice in Valley Farm. Comfortable bed and couches, cute furnishings, and thoughtful additions.
  
  On top of that, the instructions for arrival and departure are super detailed and notes inside the rental were also helpful.

  Very happy with our rental choice and it could not be in a more convenient location. It is downtown but with the windows closed it was very quiet. Everything we needed was provided in terms of linens, toiletries, and kitchenware. Lots of space for the two of us. Everything was very comfy and the studio has lovely light coming in. Also really appreciated the white noise generator for sleeping; very welcome touch since I am used to running a fan for noise. The only very minor critique would be that the carpet and upholstered furniture looked like it could use a professional deep steam clean. Smelled fine, felt fine, just looked like it was time for a refresh.

  Right in downtown Friday Harbor, this rental is easily accessible by foot right off the ferry. Just a block away is a moped rental shop, so no need to bring your car unless you want to. Unit was clean, had eveything we needed for our three day stay. Best yet, just next door is an ice cream shop!

  Vacation rental is in a nice location in the heart of Friday Harbor. Lovely town to explore. Ideal location if you plan to walk on the ferry. Rental is in good condition and full of everything to make your trip comfortable. Room was perfect for our needs (2 adults/ 2 children), but may be tight for more adults. Management was available when needed. I appreciated that they called to let us know when the room was ready, so we got to check in a little early. We appreciated the available parking spot. Our daughter enjoyed the park that was close by and I loved the coffee shop downstairs (Th Bean Café)! The weekend nights were a bit noisy, but we mostly enjoyed the sounds of the town. We would recommend to others.

  San Juan rental is a charming unit centrally located, easy to access. We appreciated the unit being dog friendly. Our 4 year old Golden Retriever felt right at home. The unit provides a parking space which is a huge bonus. The property offers all the amenities of home. Friday Harbor’s King Market within walking distance is absolutely amazing place to shop. The selection of fresh product offerings to delicious deserts, pizza and extensive coffee, wine selections. With great eateries within walking distance we ate out mostly. Rocky Bay Café an awesome eatery. Appreciated the discounts offered by San Juan Properties for our kayak and whale watching adventures.

Everything in Friday Harbor was less than a 5 minute walk and parking was very convenient, located next to the building. San Juan Property Management was extremely accommodating,as we arrived to Friday Harbor early in the morning, and they were able to let us check in early. The condo was pet friendly, exactly as described and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.   We had a wonderful experience staying at San Juan Suites. The location was perfect! The only time we drove the car was going to Lime Kiln, everything else we walked to. It was so nice to have a designated parking spot. We did encounter a small problem when a guest from the another suite double parked and in turn, we had no space for our vehicle. We contacted the office after hours, left a voice mail and within minutes they returned my call letting us know they had contacted the other guests and the vehicle was moved. We were overly impressed with their customer service! They also called us hours before our check in time to let us know our room was ready early, which is always a perk on vacation. We are already planning our next trip to the island and know we will be staying with this company again!

  We've stayed here multiple times, would highly recommend, particularly to dog people as they accommodate dogs at a very reasonable price. The only caution would be to those who like to sleep in, it is on the ferry traffic route, but only steps away from restaurants and shopping, as well as the harbor.

  Second stay at San Juan Suite Valley Farm. It's perfect for us and our dog. We are building on the island, and until our space is complete, this is a perfect base and totally comfortable. One caution, it is next to the ferry, said if you're a late sleeper, may not be the best choice. The ability to cook and convenient distance to the grocer and fish market is great!!

  Unfortunately, I injured my back very badly and while we stayed for a week, took the boat as well.... I never left the condo. I was sick as ****, my husband and Springer Spaniel Henry got to enjoy the dog park a block away, easy access to the marina and boat moorage and had a wonderful time. So as sick as I was, if I had to be sick like awful for a week long vacation, I would not have picked a better place. Front street is fun! Everything that happens starts on Front Street. We opened the windows and enjoyed the sounds of a happy people and fun. As a note. this is not peace and quiet on the weekend. Ferry traffic exiting and entering is all on this street. Great Restaurant across the street called Hungry Clam was excellent! The Kings Market is across the corner from the Condo. Someone else said it was a block away, is caddie corner from the condo. WE had steaks many nights and the BBQ was wonderful. But most important of all....The condo has central Air Conditioning which I did not see in any other reviews or advertisements. The stairs are tall, but relatively low rise, rails on both sides so no problem getting in and out of condo. Wonderful experience, even when in terrible pain and sick. Do not hesitate for a moment to book your vacation here. Just wish they would allow dog in marina view condos - which would have made it excellent.!!!

  The property was described accurately. The property was in great condition and very clean. We felt that there could have been more towels provided in the bathroom. Two bath towels for one week and two people is not enough. We had to call with a question and the call was returned right away. This property was the perfect location for us in that we were able to park conveniently, walk to shore and restaurants, and have a local downtown feel. There is the noise from the ferry, the miusic from the local bar, and traffic from the downstairs coffee shop, however, we were totally Ok with all that. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

  This condo was the ideal home base for a San Juans vacation in the early fall. The location on 1st Street has it close to everything (might be less peaceful during the crowded summer season, but in early Sept. it was perfect). Everything - restaurants, cruises, shopping, ferries - is just a few steps away. The condo itself is lovely with plenty of space to keep from feeling cramped.
