Churchill Plaza #3 - Centrally located in the heart of Friday Harbor, the Churchill Plaza offers all the luxuries of a private residence with beautiful views of the harbor and ferry landing from the upstairs master bedroom. The property is in a mixed-use residential and commercial building. You'll find restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, art galleries, and parks just a few steps in any direction. The Churchill Plaza Suites are located on the top floor of the building to maximize views and provide a feeling of seclusion.

This Suite is 2-levels. The Suite offers a large and open gourmet kitchen. Cozy up to the breakfast bar on the granite counter-top island to enjoy your morning coffee, or gather around the large dining table with beautiful views of Friday Harbor through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with a standard drip-style coffee maker. Adjacent to the dining area and kitchen is the living room, equipped with satellite TV, a propane fireplace, and a large leather sectional couch. There is a Queen Aero-bed and linens supplied in the suite for groups of 6.

There are 2 bedrooms in this suite. The main-level bedroom offers a King Master Suite with full en-suite bath. On the second floor you will find the Queen sized bedroom. The upstairs full bathroom offers 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The top floor has access to the roof-top terrace.

The Churchill Plaza is located conveniently up the hill from the ferry landing, making it a great option for those that would prefer to bike or walk on the ferry. However, for those traveling to San Juan Island with a vehicle, a private parking garage with remote is supplied as well.

This house has good cell phone reception as well as Wifi.

Parking garage has a height limitation. Some full size trucks may not be able to fit (6ft 4inch MAX). There are free street parking options of 2 hour, 8 hour and 72 hour.

Elevator is accessed with a key which is provided in each room.

  The unit was far larger and more beautiful than the pictures do it justice. The views of Friday Harbor from the roof deck were great. Very comfortable beds and 2 giant bathrooms with large tubs. The unit has all utensils, cookware, and glassware you would need if you want to cook. In addition, the location could not have been better. The unit is not even 2 blocks from the ferry and right in the middle of all the shops and bars/restaurants in Friday Harbor. If you walk on the ferry, Suzie's mopeds rental is a block away.

  We rented this particular property for a wedding on the island. The property was very clean, and everything was in order. If you are looking for easy access to the downtown corridor, this is the spot for you! Just walk out the front door, and everything is within walking distance.   We had a great stay at the Churchhill Square property while some work had to be done on our home. The staff was great - very helpful, professional, and extremely accommodating. The location was really convenient and the condo itself was immaculate. The only suggestion I have is to put a towel bar or ring in the powder room and by the sinks in the other two bathrooms. A towel hook or two by the shower/tubs in the other bathrooms would be nice as well, to hang up damp towels. Overall, our experience was completely positive. I would love to stay there again anytime, and I will definitely recommend both the condo and San Juan Property Management!

  We stayed with another couple at Churchill #3 and had a great time. The proximity to the ferry, and all of the local shops and restaurants was perfect. We were able to put our car in the line for the ferry early, and carry our bags down later which made our morning much more enjoyable. The apartment was just as described/photographed, and felt even larger and more luxurious than we expected. We would definitely stay here again.

  Only a short 3-day, 2-night stay on SJI this year, but the Churchill Plaza condo was just what we needed. The condo was bigger than we expected with very generous bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and very central location near the waterfront and ferry terminal.
  
  The one major downside (not at all the condo's fault) was the amount of smoke from the BC wildfires.
  
  San Juan Property Management was extremely professional and polite in answering our questions and letting us know when the unit was ready so we could check in early.
  
  I'm dinging the unit one star on cleanliness for the exterior decks and patios. While the interiors were spotless, the decks didn't appear to have been cleaned for awhile.
  
  Overall, a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

  What a great condo we stayed in! Spacious property with big kitchen and lots of room. Excellent location for walking around the town to shops and restaurants. Right beside the ferry terminal, but very quiet. Our entire visit in late May was quiet and peaceful. Staff was very nice, they stopped by during our visit to check on us and see if we needed anything, that was a nice unexpected touch! Cleaning fee is a bit excessive with the booking fee. Saturday morning market in town is excellent. A great place in a great spot, thank you.

  The Churchill Plaza #3 is a location we would consider for a return visit to San Juan Island. The property is well appointed, clean, and roomy for two couples. The underground parking is a plus. Location is central for walking to restaurants and groceries. Only short coming was not being able to get the TV to work, but that is not why we came to SJI. It was for the cycling, hiking, and new experiences.

  This condo is gorgeous. The pictures don't do justice. It is very spacious, and high end. I would absolutly stay here again. The cost is actually quite low for a place like this, I had read a few complaints about the cleaning fee being high (which it is) but the cost of the room is low. My only complaint would be there needs to be enough chairs on each outdoor sitting area (3) to accommodate 6 people. There were 4 upstairs but they were all broken. So we had 2 for the whole place. It's not ideal to have to sit on the deck.

  Our stay at Churchill #3 was exceptional. The location was incredible, within walking distance to anything in Friday Harbor, and we could see it from almost anywhere in town as well. It was very clean and a beautiful layout. Only downfall is that on the VRBO site it stated it had a king, queen, and one other bed-which turned out to be an air mattress with a hole in it. Staff quickly replaced it, but the second had a hole as well. The third one was perfect. Also the dryer wasn't functioning during our stay. These problems really didn't take away from our experience, and I would highly recommend the location to friends and family!

  Loved this place! Great location, if you want to be in town. We easily walked right up to it as we got off the ferry with our luggage. New, spacious, spotless, darling condo. We had 4 adults and 2 children. 2 adults were in the main floor master bedroom and 2 were upstairs with a big bedroom and big bathroom. Nice privacy upstairs. The 2 children we on the air bed and couch downstairs. Nice queen air bed provided. We set it up against the couch at night, so the kids could go from couch to bed, they loved it. No curtains on windows in the main living area, so it was bright for the kids to wake up to, but they were fine. Loved the deck, the kitchen and laundry room, everything was provided for a nice stay.
  The master closet didn't have any place to hang a dress, just shelves. The upstairs has a dresser and big closet with hangers, short though, not for dresses. Plenty of space to store things everywhere. Just need some coat hooks or something as you come in.
  Love it, would highly recommend!

  There are several units at Churchill Place, we stayed in #3. The location is wonderful, close to everything, we could walk to town or ferry, plus there is garage parking.
  The condo was neat and clean, nicely decorated. It has a large living/dining room/kitchen downstairs. The downstairs bedroom could use suitcase rack, modify the closet or add a dresser, there is really no place to put things away, The upstairs bedroom does have dresser and closet area. The rooms are a nice size and the beds comfortable, with nice views from the windows and adjacent deck. The bathrooms could use a few additional towel racks, otherwise the place was great
  Other reviewers have complained about the noise: Yes, you are in the town and there were truck noises starting around 6:30 – 7:00, trash trucks, other trucks getting in line for the ferry. To us, it wasn’t a big deal. It was not that loud and most morning, we were getting up to go kayaking or to catch the ferry to another island. The ferry noise was not a problem, mostly during the day.
  We were very happy with the condo and San Juan Property Management was very pleasant to deal with. I would go there again or recommend to a friend.

  We biked a different island every day and this was a great spot. We used the ferry out and back so no need to move our stuff and a beautiful easy boat ride to our new destination. If you are a light or late sleeper the street noise may be a little too much but we were up for the 8:30 ferry anyway so no problem. The secure garage for storing our bikes was nice. Short walk to market and restaurants and we could watch the ferries come and go.

Location was great, right next to the ferry and easy to walk around town and to the grocery store. Nice kitchen for cooking, very spacious, comfortable beds and bathtubs to die for if you like a good bath. I would definitely stay here again

  The property was great. It has an amazing location(for which I can not stress enough, a lot of space for the two bedrooms 2.5, and just the right ammount of bathrooms. The one major grip I had with the unit was a lack of range in the cooking utensils and the lack of available spices (I've stayed in several VRBO places all of which have fully stocked kitchens). Other than that I can not stress how adventitious it is to be less that 30 ft from the ferry dock, especially since the ferries leaving the island are somewhat infrequent and can fill up quick.

  Had a wonderful month long stay on the island and in this town location was great and easy walk to everything. Not much of a view from this unit but great private outdoor decks in good condition. Living room furniture OK, and no rugs throughout, but otherwise everything new, clean and great baths and kitchen. Lots of space! Rental process seamless and wonderful staff always available .
