Located on San Juan Island’s coveted Westside, the Salish Sea Lookout offers breathtaking 180-degree west-facing views of the Haro Strait, Olympic Mountains, Vancouver Island and Canadian Cascades. The interior of the home offers classic and contemporary furnishings and finishes and high-end appliances and equipment. Large walls of picture windows invite in light, sunsets and views of ships and whales making their journey along the Haro Strait. Only a five-minute drive to hiking trails, Lime Kiln State Park and San Juan County Park, the Salish Sea Lookout offers whisper-quiet tranquility and privacy. This immaculate and private property leaves no detail overlooked.

The interior of the home offers breathtaking views from nearly every room. The home has a primary suite with en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom, second-floor sleeping loft open to the great room, guest bathroom just steps away from the guest bedroom, step-down great room, laundry room, kitchen, dining area, and the home’s jewel box, the sunroom. The home offers a two-zone heating and air conditioning system, manual/motorized window shades in the great room and sunroom and ceiling fans for year-around comfort.

You will find a well-stocked kitchen with marble countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, quality dinnerware and cookware and an island with seating for two. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six. The step-down great room hosts a propane fireplace and OLED smart-television with a 5.1 surround-sound system. The great room/kitchen/sunroom offers music streaming speakers accessible through AirPlay. The laundry room provides a full-size washer, dryer, and freezer. Located just steps away from the kitchen and great room is the jewel box of the home, its sunroom which offers breathtaking views and access to the expansive deck. The deck offers lounge seating for six, a barbeque, four patio umbrellas, and a double chaise lounge. Doors located in the dining room and laundry room offer access to the large lawn area where a croquet set is provided for your enjoyment.

The primary suite offers a vaulted ceiling, high-end furnishings including a four-poster king-size bed with luxury mattress and linens, an OLED smart television and two luxury robes for your use during your stay. Step through the primary suite door onto the deck and relax on the double chaise lounge with patio umbrella while taking in the surrounding beauty and expansive views of the Salish Sea. The stunning en-suite bathroom features heated floors, high-end contemporary finishes, a large curbless shower with two shower heads, and a floor-to-ceiling picture window in the shower offering breathtaking views of the Salish Sea. (Although the shower is very private, some may wish to pull-down the exterior shade for added privacy.)

The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with luxury mattress and linens. The home’s second bathroom is located just steps away from the guest bedroom (and great room) and features a curbless shower.

The second floor sleeping loft, open to the great room, offers a queen-size bed with luxury mattress and linens and views of the Salish Sea.
