This two-bedroom plus spacious loft is the perfect retreat for those looking for seclusion and spectacular sunrise views.
The home is uniquely situated on the cliff’s edge and shares a 180-degree view of San Juan Channel. With large windows, the views are endless.

The open concept kitchen has all the essentials you will need while staying at this island home. The large dining table has space for 6 and easy access to the well-appointed sunken living room with a propane fireplace and Smart TV. Almost all furniture, beds, linens and dishware in this home was newly purchased in 2023.

The spacious primary bed is an open loft-style set up with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. **Please note Primary bedroom LOFT is partially visible from first floor kitchen, with no privacy door.**
The main floor queen bedroom has a large closet and is located right off of the sunken living room.
The main floor twin bedroom sleeps two (or provides a quiet room and desk for remote work) and is just off a full bathroom and laundry room. An ideal layout for a multi-generational family or 2 adult couples.

Located on the east side of San Juan Island, it's the perfect location between Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor, come and enjoy Mineral Point Place with family or friends.
The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results… Download Speed: 26.9 Mbps, Upload Speed: 30.7 Mbps, Ping: 7.6 ms (Average of three tests that were conducted April 2024 using SpeedCheck Pro).

**Due to a high cliffside, children under 12 are not encouraged. Please note guests are prohibited access to the rocky bluff below the house**

    This is a top shelf rental, not your ordinary home for investment purposes.All the furnishings were newly purchased for this home and the kitchen was totally stocked. Even a small thing, like pair of binoculars was on the kitchen counter for use.
    The design of the home is very open (which the three of us loved) and took advantage of the sound views from many angles.
    The management company was superb - calling ahead of time to alert of possible appliance issue and also alerting us on arrival that we could check into home earlier as it was clean and ready.
    This was an exceptional property that exceeded my expectations.

    This house and views were absolutely beautiful. The property was well appointed and had everything needed. You can see seals, ocean wildlife and possibly a whale from the deck. We would definitely stay again!
