Newly Listed! A beautiful, newly constructed loft overlooking San Juan Channel!! Near Roche Harbor!! Located on the North-East side of San Juan Island with a medium bank beach access. The view of San Juan Channel is a breathtaking experience from this newly constructed space.

This two-bedroom, one bathroom loft provides the perfect retreat for your weekend stay or weeklong respite. Located close the popular Roche Harbor Resort, it's the perfect location for a few wedding guests.

The newly built loft has a gourmet kitchen with all the cooking necessities, a spacious island with bar seating for 4 and a full-size refrigerator. Also enjoy the cozy balcony to BBQ your favorite foods. The open concept provides room to move from the kitchen to the living space which boasts a 55” Smart TV, mini-split heat/cool system, propane fireplace, and a sectional sofa.

This cozy guest house/apartment situated close to Roche Harbor will provide a home base for exploring San Juan Island, cuddling up with your favorite book or good movie and a glass of wine, beachcombing and tide pooling and so much more.

The 2 bedrooms are comfortably decorated. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen. The full bathroom has a shower, tub and double vanity.
Full laundry room is provided downstairs.

Enjoy access to a private beach (fires are not allowed) and walk along the east side of San Juan Channel with spectacular views of Orcas Island and Yellow Island.

San Juan Island Loft is the place to relax for two couples or a small family.

  Great place to stay. About 15 minutes from Friday Harbor and about 10 minutes to Roche Harbor. Owner are very nice. It has everything you need. I was surprised at how well stocked the unit was with supplies (pot,pans ect). There was even aluminum foil.

  I don't usually do this but I had to mention a few things about this property everything you will want from the Airbnb had all the cups plates can openers vacuum dishwasher even though it was hard to turn hopefully bc they not mad at me , but man super dope spot had parking for my Fede. Truck which os why I was there in the first place was for work , Wi-Fi was great bathroom and everything was super clean , I actually deliver few packages to the actually owners felt good but let me stop I can go on and on but overall great stay and hopefully I stay there again if I ever go back.
