1 dog allowed per reservation with a pet fee. Dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. House trained. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on furniture. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside.

This beautifully furnished, South Facing, 1855 square foot home has an open floor plan ideal for get togethers. Also with the adjoining 1200 square foot deck everyone can enjoy the views, sunbathe, entertain, or cook up their fresh catch of the day on the BBQ. Step out onto your well manicured front lawn surrounded with natural landscaping, perfect for outdoor activities.

Retreat inside after a day of play, kick up your feet & sink into the comfortable over-sized sofas as you enjoy what's on your 48" TV. Formal dining seats 5 with additional dinette table perfect for 4 more or the kids. Kitchen is fully equipped for the chefs of the family to prepare scrumptious meals.

Escape to the huge Primary Suite complete with a pillow-top King bed, en-suite full bath with couples soaking tub and shower, 32" flat screen TV/DVD, walk-in closet & even a private entrance to your own cozy patio.
The "Couples Room" has a comfy Queen bed and charming seating window, perfect to settle in with a good book. An en-suite bathroom comes with the Couples Room as well.
The "Bunk Room" will comfortably sleep up to 3 children or another couple. This room is equipped with a bunk bed with a Full bottom bunk and a Twin top bunk. This room is complete with a TV, perfect for kid's movie night.
A laundry room, multiple indoor & outdoor games and Wi-Fi are all provided.

Fly directly into Roche Harbor Airstrip or Roche Harbor Marina by float plane via Kenmore Airlines. Alternately, from Sea-Tac Airport it is an approximate 2 hour drive to Anacortes, WA, which will bring you to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal to then take a scenic Washington State Ferry ride to San Juan Island. (Vehicle reservations required via WSF website).
This home is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the Friday Harbor ferry dock.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

  This was an amazing place to stay and we wish we'd had more time. Close enough to Roche Harbor and restaurants and the store but far enough out that you don't hear anything other than the occasional sea plane or boat on the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

  Wonderful house! Process to rent was easiest ever. We also literally took notes on the simple structure and layout of this house as we are currently preparing to build a house, and we liked it that much. Kitchen was nice and open, and there was space for everyone. Great location. 10 minute walk to Roche Harbor. Especially loved the layout of house, as I stated already. Perfect space for us and 2 kids (ages 6 & 8). They loved 'their' bunk bed room just for them. I liked that it was so close to other rooms, but still had privacy. The solitude and quiet was so nice. We loved the big grassy yard so we could kick the soccer ball around and play Frisbee. The deck was delightful and was soooo great to have an enclosed wraparound railing to keep my dog contained. Made for easy relaxation. Really easy to feel at home and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

  My family and i enjoyed every aspect of Quarry Point Retreat and we hope to come back for a visit. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with every kind of pot, pan, utensil and serving dish. There were plenty of spaces to seek retreat as well to gather. The deck was our favorite place to gather when we weren't out seeing the sights. The yard and surrounding areas were quiet and so peaceful. There were in-the-room air conditioners for those stuffy times of day. The line es were first class. Gaining access to the property was made easy by the excellent communication between your management company and us. When we needed something, you answered the call very quickly.
  We would suggest that the refrigerator be updated. It had trouble keeping our items as cool as we would have liked.
  There are several popped nails on the deck which had to be navigated.
  The deadbolt to the master bedroom back door did not work.

  The property is gorgeous with a large deck and beautiful lawn where we played many family rounds of badminton (set included as amenity). The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. While views of the water were visible but limited, the fabulous grounds made up for it.

  Quarry Point Retreat is a very well maintained property close to Roche Harbor. The property description was accurate and the house was very clean. The primary bedroom is spacious and the jacuzzi bath was nice after a day of hiking. We enjoyed McMillian's for a great meal with a view of the harbor. Duck Soup was our favorite for fine dining where I enjoyed sea scallops prepared perfectly. Whale watching, sea kayaking and hiking were extremely enjoyable experiences on San Juan Island which exceeded my expectation for a big Nature experience. I would highly recommend this property as a great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in a quiet setting in the woods.

  The house and property were very nice, with a view of the bay through the trees. We saw sika deer a couple of times in the yard. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

  We've been coming to SJI for decades and have stayed all over the island. This is in a great location, close to Roche with a big lawn and filtered views of Westcott Bay. San Juan Property Mgmt is a go-to for us and we found this home to be in line with their high standards of cleanliness and quality amenities. Hope to stay here again! Two minor things to look at - the microwave door button did not pop the door out and could use some maintenance, and some citronella or lemongrass on the deck would help ward off the mosquitoes ;)

  The weather was as perfect as it could be for our 50Th anniversary weekend. The house was exactly as pictured on the website, very clean and in very good repair. It was fully equipped and well organized. The check in process was easy due tot he detailed information emailed to us by San Juan Property Management. If you've never traveled to the San Juan Islands pay attention to the need for ferry reservations and make them well in advance. We had made ours early and had no problems with ferry travel. Roach Harbor is walkable from the house or drive over. Lime Kiln State Park is a 20 minute drive and its possible to see Orca whales from the beach there. We were looking for a place to have a relaxing weekend and Quarry Point was a great choice.

  The home was exactly as described. It is nestled on a hill amongst tall trees on 3 acres of land about 2 miles from Roche Harbor. There is a little market nearby which was adequate for most of our needs. The property is close to a private inlet which is walkable and close to nature. Part of the home's acreage is a huge green lawn, perfect for lawn sports. The living/kitchen/dining area is wide open allowing for easy socializing. It is 8 miles from the ferry which was a bonus for us because it added to the peaceful nature of the setting. Each morning breakfast could be enjoyed on the expansive deck listening to birds singing. The property management was very responsive when we tripped a fuse while using the clothes dryer. This VRBO was one of the best we have ever rented.

  Really nice house. Super clean, a lot of things seem brand new (we stayed in May 2021). Some nice touches all around made everything convenient. Nice set of toys and games.
  
  There's another house across the driveway but we never saw anyone there and otherwise the whole house feels very secluded among the trees. Huge yard with some water views through the trees and there's a rocky beach maybe 1/4 mile down the road.
