Beautiful & Enjoyable Estate! Hot Tub! Large Home in a Great, Sunny Location!
5,450 sq. ft.; 3 bedrooms; 2 additional sleeping areas, 3.5 bathrooms on 3 acres. This is a superb design with gorgeous, timeless finishing materials. The home is tastefully appointed with elegant, contemporary, warm, comfortable, fun, and versatile décor.

The Primary suite is on the main floor, with an en-suite Primary Bathroom equipped with both a shower and a deep, relaxing bathtub. An additional half-bath is also found on the main floor.

The remaining sleeping areas are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a Queen sized bed each, another sleeping area is equipped with 2 Twin beds, and the remaining sleeping area is equipped with a Queen sized bed plus a single Twin bunk. There are also two full bathrooms on the second floor of the home, ensuring plenty of privacy for the whole group.

The large, open kitchen will provide easy and comfortable meal times while enjoying the vast view of San Juan Valley. The tall windows overlooking the valley gives you a feeling of enjoying your own private resort. Guests can take their pick of multiple cozy areas to relax in. The main living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace and comfortable furniture. The media room is set up for relaxing and family fun! Curl up and watch a movie together or challenge someone to a game of foosball or table shuffleboard.

The wonderful features of this home do not end indoors...Take a stroll across the wide, green, lawn to check out the newly lined large pond. Enjoy your own, private, swimmable waterfront. This house also provides a plethora of outside yard games including: volleyball, bocce ball, a peddle boat for the pond, fun floaties, and zipline.

Warm yourself up in the hot tub after a refreshing pond swim! You could saturate yourself in a San Juan Island adventure without ever leaving the property; the activities are endless. The home is within walking distance to town, airport, hospital, etc. In the evening, curl up in one of the many cozy seating arrangements and take in a breathtaking sunset. You’ll love staying here with the whole family!

This home does not have Air Conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom closet.

This home has fair cell phone reception.

Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to dry season and fire danger on San Juan Island.

Although this is a large house, NO more than 9 people are permitted at this property.

Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay.

  We had a wonderful stay at this San Juan Island home. The house is fantastic and the yard is even better! The house very comfortably accommodated our group of 7. There is plenty of space to gather together as well as space to spend a quiet moment alone. The kitchen is well stocked. The game room is super fun. The bedrooms are all comfortable. The yard is so peaceful. Looking across the pond and across the meadow will be a vision I keep in my mind forever.

  I would give it a 10 if I could. Great for all of us ages 4 months to 70 years. The home is beautiful and has enough room so we can all be together but not on top of each other. The pond with a zipline, rowboat and paddle boat gave us lots to do when we were not out exploring the beautiful Island. At night we sat around the propane fire table and talked late into the night. The 3 acres and pond attracted geese and deer and we loved the privacy. We used the hot tub morning and night. It is an easy walk to town so no need to worry about parking your car there. The property management company was very responsive and solved all our concerns almost instantly. We will definitely be back.

  We had a great stay here! The house was HUGE, very clean, super well equipped and the asks for clean up at check out weren’t too burdensome. There were tons of small appliances and kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable, and the yard was beautiful. We saw deer daily, a bald eagle a few times, and turtles poking their heads out of the pond. Only one of us was brave enough for the zip line, but she had fun!

  This was the perfect spot for us to spend an extended weekend for my stepdaughter's wedding. The house is just outside of town so a three-minute drive will find you in the heart of Friday Harbor....but you will also find yourself not wanting to leave the property. Our two families had more than enough space to spread out and the three 8 and 9 year olds were entertained for hours on end with the zipline, game room, and jacuzzi. The views from the expansive back patio are amazing toboot. And a friendly PSA: the photos online actually do not do it justice...the house is even bigger than it appears (you will get lost upstairs I promise you) and that kitchen island is what dreams are made of. ;) The owner was extremely responsive. When I asked him where I could pick up ping pong balls, he was over with a new pack before I had the chance to hit town. It was a little warm the day we arrived but there were fans throughout the house and it never felt uncomfortable. Oh yeah...there are two sets of washers and dryers! That right there will make any mom tear up a little. Haha. Anyhoo...if you're even considering this rental, just go for it. It's spectacular.

  This is an awesome property! The view over the lake was amazing! We used almost every amenity: BBQ, zip line, paddle boat, jacuzzi (which was ready & hot when we got there), air hockey, table shuffle board, & corn hole. There was no elliptical machine as shown in pics. You can't have a fire outside between May-Sept- be aware of that. The kitchen has everything except condiments (excluding salt/pepper) but market is walking distance- if you like. The only questionable issue was the owner asked that we start the dishwasher, start a load of towels & take out the trash- we did -but should be part of cleaning fee. This is a well-loved property and would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

  9 family members aged 2-76 had a fantastic week celebrating a 50th anniversary. This house had plenty of room for all of us to gather together and plenty of room to be able to spend time alone. There are tons of indoor and outdoor games for all ages, and the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. We had so much fun at the house we hated to leave to go do hiking, sightseeing, and other touristy things! We’d love to stay there again some day. The only complaint we had was the cleaning fee was steep.
