Churchill Plaza #5 - Centrally located in the heart of Friday Harbor, the Churchill Plaza offers all the luxuries of a private residence with beautiful views of the harbor and ferry landing from the upstairs master bedroom. The property is in a mixed use residential and commercial building. Run downstairs for your morning latte or sandwich and enjoy the galleries and clothing shops.

Located just above the ferry landing, the loft's location offers the convenience of not needing to bring a car, but if you do the property has a secure, private parking garage with an elevator. The Churchill Plaza is a great place to experience the island for a few days or a lifetime. Enjoy the use of the granite counter top gourmet kitchen with newly updated cookware and cutlery. Unwind by the gas fireplace or enjoy a relaxing bath in the soaking tub.

This house has good cell phone reception.

Great condo for a working vacation with excellent internet. The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results… Download Speed: 15.47 Mbps, Upload Speed: 10 Mbps, Ping: 46.3 ms (Average of three tests that were conducted late August/early September 2020 using SpeedCheck Pro).

Parking garage has a height limitation. Some full size trucks may not be able to fit (6ft 4inch MAX). There are close by street parking options of 2 hour, 8 hour and 72 hour.

  This is a fantastic location right at the top of the ferry line! Walk out the front door and it is literally 3 minutes walk from everything you could want. Beautifully decorated in warm colors and northwest style with comfy beds and squishy couch. The view from the rooftop deck alone is worth it. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and some cinnamon rolls from Cynthia's across the street! (BEST cinnamon rolls) The great room is a perfect place to relax and spend time with family with everything you need.
  Perfect directions. Great Parking. Spotless. AND we used the coupon for a wonderful 3 hour kayaking tour with Crystal Seas! SO good!

  We had an amazing trip to Friday Harbor and this condo made the vacation! The rental company was easy to work with and the other residents in the commercial area and units were welcoming. The condo was airy and beautiful, and the rooftop patio was the perfect place to spend sunny afternoons. We could walk anywhere in town from the unit and had water views in multiple rooms/balconies. I would highly recommend this condo and San Juan Property Management to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

  We had a great time staying here. Everything you could possibly want was within walking distance. The port was also very close so we were at our VRBO within minutes. Parking initially after hours is a little tricky but covered parking is available once you figure it out. I would definitely stay here again. I also recommend going over to Roche Harbor at sunset to watch the flag ceremony.

Would have liked to know that master suite was on top floor, not main floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Great to have washer and dryer.   This condo was in the perfect location with an amazing upper deck balcony. We were lucky enough to be here over the 4th of July and had the perfect fireworks viewing area on the deck! Beautiful and spacious - this was a great place to stay for our trip. The only things I would ask for would be to add locks to the bathroom doors and to the balcony doors. The downstairs bedroom also has a very uncomfortable bed and should be replaced.

  Location, Location, Location! This condo sits right in Friday Harbor and makes walking around town a dream. The condo was gorgeous, the private rooftop with a view was breathtaking and the management company made this trip one to remember. We had a wonderful experience and will be coming back.
  
  This condo sleeps 6, however, the 'extra' sleeping spot was a hard air mattress. I recommend bringing your own arrow bed or just plan on 4 people staying in both rooms.

  This property is difficult to locate from the street as it is tucked into a retail/apartment space. It is large, with upgraded finishes and plenty of dining space. The bathroom doors still do not close properly - even the door wedge was problematic and share the puzzlement with the 7+' high hanger in the laundry area. Also thought the couch was a pull out sleeper although comfortable for one person. Thus 4 rather 5 stars for condition. Central location was an easy stroll from the marina where we moored to the condo, where the book ladies laughed and drank wine.

  We had a great time staying in this fantastic condo located in downtown Friday Harbor. It was perfect for the 3 generations of family on the trip - we had plenty of space, the condo was clean, tidy, quiet, and very well equipped. Being in downtown Friday Harbor, we had many restaurants and the supermarket within a 2 block radius. Noise was not a problem at any point - not even from the ferries, which we couldn't hear at all. Highly recommended!

  You won't be let down staying here. If you wish to stay 'in-town', Churchill Plaza #5 won't disappoint. An easy crawl from the ferry, and steps from all the shopping, restaurants, bars and waterfront activities. The rooftop deck is big and you can really spread out with plenty of room both in the house and on the deck. The house is well appointed and serves as a nice retreat when you decide to head back home. Only downside is that none of the bathroom doors actually 'lock'. Not sure why the decision was made to allow the doors to close and slowly roll back open. Would be an easy fix. But totally minor issue that doesn't even register on the radar. I highly recommend this or any of the Churchill Plaza units. Simply a perfect place if staying in town.
